Amazing spring rolls, the pho is great!
Called my order in 1 day in advance and was told it would be $115, went to pick it up and was charged $125 and nothing changed on the order. The order was supposed to be ready by 11am and we only got our eggrolls by 11:20 and was told our fried rice was burned and that it would be ready in 10 minutes, we were already late to our event so we left so our people could eat. I then called to notify them that I would be coming back for a refund and the person who answered said they had it ready "an hour ago" which would mean we were still at the restaurant and they chose not to give it to us for some odd reason. I wasn't able to say anything back before they hung up on me. When I showed up for the refund the chef was more than helpful and also refunded the extra $10 we were charged for no reason. I strongly recommend getting better customer service. The only person at the restaurant that was decent was the chef. I personally will not order again for my company.
