Horrible service
While some of the stylists are professional there is one that completely butchered my hair! It was at least 3 inches short of the picture. She took forever, cut herself and said she would try not to bleed on my hair but was resistant when I told her she should get a bandaid, dropped clips and used them on my hair. I kept telling her I think its short enough but she didn't listen. Finally I got up out of the chair. When I got home I cried because it was so choppy. It was supposed to be a bob that came to the bottom of my chin and now its barely below my ears.
