After my first experience with these folks, I will definitely be coming back. I purchased the SLCS II (mid-level) and had it shipped to me, and they were nothing but accommodating. It was shipped same-day and the whole process couldn't have gone smoother. Three business days later, I'm extremely happy with my new computer!
I don't expect any problems from a brand new build but they don't care, the warranty is included with purchase. But if/when something does happen, I look forward to exploring the services offered by them. If it's anything similar to my first experience, I don't think I'll be going anywhere else.
