Absolute worst veterinary experience I have ever had. They were way overbooked on a Saturday morning, leaving the waiting room so overcrowded that all the animals were terrified and some of the dogs tried to fight. There was no one checking people in at the front desk, and one of the veterinarians just came out and said to us "You here for vaccinations?" He never greeted us or introduced himself, and he treated our cats very unkindly. I could tell he pinched their skin really hard when he gave the shots, and one of them he said "had a really thick hide" and he jabbed her hard when he gave the shot. In addition to the poor treatment my pets received, and the rudeness of the staff, the waiting room looked like it hadn't been cleaned since about 1975, and the patient rooms were shabby and dirty-looking. If you love your pets, DO NOT bring them here.

Upon my aunt's recommendation, I took my dog there. They treated him so well. I'm so thankful for the care he recieved. It is obvious that they truly care for all the animals they treat! This is the only place people should take their pets.
We been taking our dogs there for ten years and I never had any problems with them they have always been very helpful I would not take my dogs any where else and I never seen them use any dirty needles they are very clean there
I wouldn't even give these guys 1 star except it is required....they MURDERED my beautiful, healthy family cat of 15 years causing my family much heartache and stress. My senseless neighbor brought our cat in because she thought it was a stray and they put her down immediately without checking with anybody. and even worse they actually knew it was our cat. Then to add insult to injury, we were treated so rudely after we found out what our neighbor did, I was hung up on by them multiple times when I called to inquire and the rudeness was beyond criminal. Not so much as an apology!!!. In fact they refused to apologize. I had been a customer of theirs for 15 years because of their pricing but now I know why they are priced thay way. I have witnessed them multiple times using unsterilized used needles when giving vaccinations so I had quit using them already for this reason. Take your animals somewhere reputable.
