Georgia is no doubt the best realtor I have seen. She has an extensive knowledge of homes in the area as well as what needs to be done in houses. Every house we viewed Georgia was able to point out the strengths and weaknesses which gave our family an idea of what we needed to take into account if we wanted to make an offer. I would not have a friend use a different realtor than Georgia. Additionally, it seemed as though Georgia always made time out of her schedule so we could be the first ones to see houses in a market where it could be very important to be the first.
We had lived in our house for nearly 30 years when we decided to put it up for sale. I stopped by Georgia's office and made an appointment for her to come take a look and see what we would need to do before listing our property. Georgia was very attentive to detail and went through the house with us. After we did a couple of things it was ready to list, Georgia came by and took awesome pictures of our property and within 2 days we had an offer on the house. Georgia took the time to answer all of our questions -having never done this before I had a lot of them. If anyone is looking for a realtor they need to call Georgia, as far as we can tell she is the BEST!!!! Thanks again Georgia!! :-)

Georgia has good knowledge about real estate and pays attention to what you are looking for. She is honest, trustworthy, and hard working!
