The worst hotel I've ever stayed in ever if you're from Des Moines The Beacon Hotel in Des Moines is a five-star hotel compared to this and it's all just because of the management and their customer interaction other than that inexpensive clean rooms Under New Management they would prosper
Worst hotel I've ever seen! Staff is horrible and extremely rude. Over priced compared to other hotels in town with far better service. They don't change the bed sheets or blankets. The hot water takes 30 mins to heat up. They double charged me then lied about it. The list goes on. DON'T NOT STAY. Much better hotels near by.
Housekeeping enters your room when your not their. I dislike that. I dont mind them cleaning the room but I would like to be PRESENT at the time.
Under renovation but, the hospitality from the front desk worker more than made up for the pool being closed. We would stay again.
Employees were much nicer and friendlier on this visit, they worked really hard to make things comfortable
