My experience was horrible with the floral ladies, they were very rude and disrespectful! I ordered flowers online yesterday to be sent somewhere and they were never received. I called and told them what was going on, promised to give me my money back. When I arrived, they were rufusing to give me my refund. Saying it wasn't there fault and practically saying it was mine. The only fault I have is ordering flowers from these rude ladies, I told them to forget about it and I went to the store manager. He was very helpful and treated me with respect, I got my money back. That is the only reason I give this place a star, was because he actually treated me like a human being. Unlike the floral ladies, now I know to never order from them again! Won't be visiting Hy-Vee for a while!!
